The pace of change today and the stresses and demands on humans, animals and the environment are huge. These essences have come at a time when they are most needed, for healing and transformation.

How do I know which remedy to take?

In a face to face consultation I ask your body for the essence needed at the time, whether its a single or combination of essences. This is by using muscle testing ( see Health Kinesiology)

It is also possible to find the correct remedy by dowsing once we have made a connection.

How long do I need to take the Remedy for?

Sometimes the effects are felt immediately , at other times you may need a  programme with various essences taken over a longer period.

However be sure that this is a powerful way to transformation and wholeness!
